• Participate in cutting-edge research in plant protection-related fields, including but not limited to Chemistry, Biologicals, Biology, Soil Health, and Formulation.
• Design formulations, conduct laboratory tests, and perform field trials for plant protection products to ensure the effectiveness and safety of research outcomes.
• Collaborate with domestic and international research teams to conduct interdisciplinary research, driving innovation and application of plant protection technologies.
• Plan and manage plant protection research projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
• Monitor the latest research developments in the plant protection field domestically and internationally, providing decision support for the company's research and development strategy

• backgrounds in one of the following fields: Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biostatistics, Biosynthesis, Biopreparations, Plant Protection, Molecular Biology, Trait Analysis, and Soil Health etc.

• Minimum B2 level of Chinese.
