Qualifications
Our most successful candidates will have the following:
- HSC/bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts from our office
- Good knowledge of Internet technology
- Willingness to join us immediately
