  • The digital core platform team

We’re looking for a strategic design leader to drive end-to-end experience design across the portfolios, ensuring seamless, scalable, and intuitive journeys that meet evolving customer and business needs.

What you’ll do

You’ll lead the design vision and ensuring alignment between customer needs, business goals, and platform capabilities.

  • Define and drive the end-to-end experience strategy across journeys
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary design team, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture
  • Partner with product, technology, and business leaders to shape product vision and roadmaps
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality design outputs across discovery, ideation, design, testing, and implementation
  • Drive customer-centric, data-informed design decisions using insights, analytics, and research
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, reduce friction, and enhance trust in payment experiences
  • Ensure consistency and scalability through design systems, frameworks, and governance
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels through clear articulation of design value and outcomes
  • Champion design thinking practices and continuously evolve ways of working

What we’re looking for

  • 8–10 years’ experience in UX/Product Design, with strong leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead and grow design teams in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect design to business impact
  • Experience shaping large-scale, transactional or payments-related digital products
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, service design, and platform thinking
  • Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders

Experience with regards to managing a team of UX-designers between 7-10, product development, strong workshop facilitation with senior stakeholders, as well as developing UX-standards and monitoring adherence to these standards
