To lead the Finance Function, including the development and execution of the Finance and Value Management strategy for a Operations, Payments & Other within COO Finance, that ultimately and effectively influences and supports the execution of the overall business strategy.

Field of Study: Finance and Accounting
Licenses & Certifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or other relevant finance certification.

Experience Required
Finance Business Partnering

• Finance & Value Management-More than 10 years experience in defining finance strategies and leading large finance teams or functions in executing against those strategies across multiple jurisdictions. Experience influencing senior leadership teams through the interpretation and communication of strategic financial data. Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation.

• Banking product experience – Exposure to banking products, services, or platforms will be considered a strong advantage, as it supports deeper understanding of financial solutions, customer needs, and industry‑specific processes.
