We’re looking for a UX Content Designer who can turn complex financial concepts into clear, intuitive, and engaging content that helps customers take action with confidence.

What you’ll do
You’ll play a key role in shaping how customers experience our digital products through content that is clear, consistent, and purposeful.
- Translate customer insights, business requirements, and product complexity into simple, intuitive content
- Design and deliver end-to-end content across digital journeys, from onboarding to servicing and support
- Create clear, concise, and engaging micro copy, UI content, and long-form digital content
- Contribute to scalable content systems, including design system copy patterns and style guides
- Ensure consistency of voice and tone across products, platforms, and channels
- Identify content gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve clarity and usability
- Partner closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to co-create solutions
- Use research, testing, and data to validate and refine content decisions
- Contribute to content governance, standards, and best practices across the organisation
- Support and mentor junior content designers while strengthening overall content capability
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in UX writing, content design, or digital content strategy (typically 5–7 years)
- A portfolio demonstrating how your content improves user experience and drives outcomes
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear, user-friendly language
- Experience working within design systems and applying content patterns at scale
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
- A deep understanding of customer-centred design principles
