We are hiring for 4 different roles:
- Card team
- Lending team
- Platform team
- Transactional banking team
We’re looking for Product Designer who can turn customer insights and business requirements into intuitive, high-impact digital experiences.

What you’ll do
You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering user-centred experiences that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive, accessible design solutions
- Design and deliver end-to-end experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Contribute across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to prototyping and delivery
- Conduct and apply user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) to inform design decisions
- Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI aligned to design standards
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to bring solutions to life
- Apply and contribute to design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and usability insights
- Participate in agile rituals, design critiques, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to building strong, cohesive customer journeys across the product ecosystem
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years’ experience in UX/UI or product design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and execution
- Ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive, user-friendly solutions
- Experience working within design systems and applying consistent design patterns
- Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional, agile environments
- A balance of analytical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail
- A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
