To provide an efficient first level service function for ATMs and/or CDMs. To replenish cash, perform routine checks, reconcile transactions and ensure that the ATM/CDM is operational and compliant with security and audit standards. To minimise ATM/CDM downtime, prevent fraud, and ensure a reliable self-service banking experience. To balance vault holdings, and coordinate with tellers and branch management to ensure sufficient cash flow for daily operations.
