Reporting to the Design Manager, you are responsible for the design of new Snowboard/Alpine products, from the early stages of creative thinking through to market launch.

You work in close collaboration with marketing, technical, and industrial teams, in an international environment, within the No. 1 winter sports equipment brand.

Your main responsibilities:

· Design new Snowboard/Alpine products and ensure their aesthetic renewal by contributing across the entire creation process:

· Research, analyze and translate market trends, user needs and technical constraints

· Develop design concepts through to prototypes and samples

· Ensure consistency with the brand’s design strategy

· Defend and justify your design choices to internal teams

· Collaborate with industrial partners, including at an international level

· Ensure product follow-up from concept to market launch

Desired profile:

· Graduate with a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in product design

· Proven experience in an agency or within a company

· Excellent command of the design creation process

· Proficiency in the Adobe suite and 3D creation tools (modeling / visualization)

· Fluent English (international interactions)

· High level of autonomy, creativity, and curiosity for visual culture

· Ability to convince, communicate, and collaborate cross-functionally

· Snowboard / Ski or winter sports experience: a major asset
