• Consulting international Automotive OEMs & Suppliers in the EV and EV Battery Area (from mine to vehicle) in following functions: Strategy, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Costing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management etc.
• Analysis of complex issues, the conceptualization of solution approaches and implementation (support) according to customers' needs
• Overall Project & stakeholder Management: Preparation of decisions makings, Structuring, Tracking, Management-Reporting of critical issues on a regular basis

• >0,5 years of experience within Automotive and/or Battery Industry or similar
• Fluency in English (spoken + written)
• University Degree in at least Bachelor of Arts or Science (e.g. Engineering or other technical related field)
• Ability to use Office365 tools efficiently (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
• Open mindset and willingness to work with a multi-national team
• Motivation and readiness for very frequent business travel in Europe and outside Europe
• Strong (self-) organizational skills and problem-solving
• Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license cat. B
• Flexibility with regards to working hours
• Applicants should have their residency either in Poland or Germany
• Optional, and a plus: Experience in Management Consulting
• Optional, and a plus: Conducted trainings in Automotive & Battery Area (e.g. methodologies, tools)
• Applicant must have the ability (incl travel documents) to make frequent business travels within EU, to North America and Asia
