Job Description

Based in central London, the SBM will support the LOUIS XIII Director in accelerating the Louis XIII business for the UK market, with a support of Ireland and Nordics. This will be done through a client centric strategy, designed to deliver enhanced & ambitious sales performances whilst continuing to nourish Louis XIII brand equity, and Maison Psyche, and be best in class in terms of activations.

Responsibilities

1.Brand Management: support the Brand Director in key business rounds (Budget/LE/Brand plan) while managing directly key brand projects listed below, A&P monitoring, POSM management and additional client centric solutions to serve internal clients being BA/PCD/Sales team,

2.Harrods: Manage the boutique staff and lead weekly visits, to deliver better results, experiences and strengthen Louis XIII momentum,

3.E boutique: Spearhead the e-boutique management, designing media campaigns, in good coordination with HQ, sales team & Marketing,

4.Business intel: Develop a personal deep understanding of Louis XIII clientele singularities to be translated into practice, through market dynamics, consumer behavior and insights, media landscape and competitive universe,

5.Business development: Co-lead sales driven programs in the on trade, off trade & e-retail channels with the sales teams,

6.Digital strategy: create, design and distribute digital contents and newsletters on official brand channels (FB/Insta/Database/Nano campaign) or individual social networks to boost brand awareness among key business communities,

7.PR: Develop brand equity with PR agency, lead development and execution of PR & events, core influencer advocacy, and PR/media plans,

8.CRM & Client centricity: work collaboratively with BAs and PCDs to support team’s impact on our “direct to client” approach and foster data acquisition in all channels under Louis XIII director guidance and strategy,

9.Coordination: Be the reliable link in between LXIII Central team, RC UK supply and sales teams,

10.Spokesperson: Share understanding and desire on the brand, create a wide-spread influence offline and online for Louis XIII to stand as an icon of Luxury.

Qualifications

•You have a proven experience gained in the spirits/hospitality or luxury industries ideally in Senior Brand Management roles,

•You have a solid luxury understanding and sensibility,

•You have demonstrated your strategic thinking + SN management,

•You are client centric, results driven, proactive and creative, structured, reliable and inquisitive,

•You will bring your entrepreneurial spirit within a corporate organisation,

•Excellent communication skills verbal and written,

•Perfect spoken and written English, ideally native speaker,

•Systems: MS Powerpoint, Excel etc.
