Founded in 1962, Il Luogo Aimo e Nadia is today a benchmark of excellence in Italian gastronomy, skillfully combining cuisine, art and culture.

Led by Chefs Alessandro Negrini, Fabio Pisani, and Stefania Moroni, the restaurant continues to innovate while staying true to its core identity: a cuisine that celebrates the richness of Italy’s regions and, through a harmonious mix of traditional and contemporary techniques, showcases the true essence of each ingredient.

In recent years, two additional Aimo e Nadia locations have been opened. In each of them, we believe in the value of people: we are constantly looking for talented professionals and ambitious young individuals to join our teams. Working with us means growing in environments where excellence, passion, and training come together, through structured mentorship and hands-on programs led by our Chefs, Managers, Maîtres, and Sommeliers.
