Are you graduating from University this Summer/Fall with a degree in business administration, business management, engineering, economics, or related area?! Then this might be for you!

As a Junior Product Manager at Publicis Sapient, you’ll act as your clients’ trusted advisor in supporting the team with the overall vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation for a specific digital product, or projects, within an engagement. You will collaborate with clients undertaking major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) engagements to understand their business, end-customer needs, and then constantly deliver value with fast increment cycles.

You will gain practical work experience and learn from experienced project managers how projects in the e-commerce or digital marketing sector are planned and managed today, including modern methods and tools (e.g. agile project management).

You’ll learn to Identify and realise business outcomes through the use of agile methods, processes and tools tailored for the team’s experience and client environment as necessary to ensure a high degree of delivery and solution quality. 

As part of our new graduate programme, you’ll go through on-boarding and will be ready to start working with clients by month 2.  You’ll also receive on-going structured learning during your first three years that is tailored to you, and you will also be supported with your growth & progression.

• Document the requirements in a client-ready format and support fit gap analysis
• Collaborate with the creative and technology team members to ensure that business requirements adhere to technical and creative constraints

Your Skills and Experience 

• Bachelors degree in business administration, business management, engineering, economics, or related area 
• Graduating Summer/Fall 2022 
• Considerable aptitude to analyse business requirements and define solutions to address complex business needs 
• Strong academic track record
• Analytical mindset and passion for details
• High motivation and hands-on mentality
• Team Player with a learning mindset
• Excellent language skills in German and English
• Relevant leadership experience from community organisation involvement or previous employment
• Willingness to travel
