Job Description

We wish to improve efficiencies between Riverside and Siam sales offices by reducing overflow and increasing tour production between the two offices by utilizing Vacation Consultants from both offices.

This position is critical to the overall performance of both the offices and we are looking for someone that can work unsupervised and can communicate with all marketing departments and sales teams and make decisions by themselves. This position reports to both PAM, and the Area Director of Preview Centres.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Liaise and assist with all marketing department.

·         Update SPI, entering tours for evening bookings (from 3PM until 11PM).

·         Allocate tour and Vacation Consultant to minimize any overflow.

·         Ensure that all owner or owner referral tours are toured by the original Vacation Consultant or last        upgrade Vacation Consultant.

·         Screen incoming emails and phone calls and action promptly and professionally.

·         Ensure all Guests are greeted and registered in a timely manner, and also that all admin support associates provide the highest level of Guest services in their interaction with tour Guests at all times.

·         Assist the PAM in the overall efficient operations & administrations of the Preview Centre and responsible for taking the lead role of running the Administrative Support team when the PAM is away.

·         Prepare reports as required.

Qualifications

·         Excellent communication skills including ability to communicate in English

·         Able to work from 3PM until 11PM

·         Experience in SPI is a MUST

·         Positive and enthusiastic attitude

·         Excellent listening skills, and verbal & non-verbal communications

·         Works independently, as well as being an active team player

·         Multi-tasks

·         Problem solving and negotiating ability

·         Presents oneself as a professional role model
