We are now looking for two Team Managers. One for the Commercial functions in RA Beds & Mattresses and one in RA Kitchen and Appliances  

As Team Manager you will report to the Commercial Manager and together with the Commercial Manager be responsible for both business and people within the commercial function. You will, together with the Commercial Manager, be responsible for all people-related topics to lead and develop the function. This includes recruitments, coworker development, performance management, retention- and succession plans for co-workers in the team. 

As a Team Manager you will, together with the Commercial Manager, define your business scope and how you together can create the best pre-conditions for your team to succeed. In this role you may take the lead in certain business topics, with support from the Commercial Manager. 

You are guided by IKEA values and your strong leadership capabilities as you lead by example and act as role model; coach and motivate your coworkers with your daily behaviors. You are comfortable leading your team in change and constant range transformation. By staying close to your team, whilst assigning tasks and responsibilities, you create an environment of responsibility, motivation, and support, whilst boosting that culture of developing business and people together. 

In the job as Team Manager you: 

• Can be a business partner, power of initiative, having the courage to question and challenge across topics. 

• Pro-actively contribute with competence and resources into product development within the Range Area and across Range Areas 

• Secure deployment and efficient usage of aligned ways of working and solutions within and across Range Areas 

• Can create a range of plans on a tactical and strategic level. 

• Are responsible for driving Leadership and Competence agenda: Identify needs and gaps and build competence development plans to meet the short- and long-term business needs. 

• Have strong communication skills; communicates relevant information and listens actively. You inspire and create confidence, builds networks and strong relations. 

We are looking for senior leaders within IKEA that want to develop fast into a future Commercial Manager role. Recent experience from IKEA Retail and working with a clear OMNI-channel perspective is meritorious.
