Our Trainee Discovery Programme was created for this reason, to help you find a role that best suits you. 

To us it makes business sense to give you time to explore, build your skills, your knowledge and your network. At the end of the two year programme we will work together to find a role in our people focused business that suits you.

Our Trainee Discovery Programme begins in September 2022 and you'll spend 3 - 6 months in different teams, in different areas finding out what IQ-EQ do whilst looking for a role that ticks all those boxes.

You will have a Mentor to guide you with your personal and professional development and a Buddy to help you settle in. 

At the end of the two years' you'll also have the option to take a 3 month unpaid sabbatical, perhaps you want to use the time to travel, learn a new skill or maybe you just want to focus on starting your career.
