We provide shadows with established Care Professionals before your first visit and introduce you to new clients when they join us.

All of our clients and visits are wonderfully unique and as private clients, it is up to them what support their Care Professional provides.
Our Company
We are a warm and friendly company with a large community outreach and opportunities to get involved in local events and Care Professional team activities.
We're searching for mature candidates who:
- Live in Chelmsford, Maldon, or Witham
- Are reliable, compassionate, and have a genuine desire to help others
- Are trustworthy, and dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Are physically able to assist clients with daily living activities
- Are passionate about working in the local community
- Can work independently and as part of a team
We Required:
Candidates for morning or evening, fixed contracts with a minimum of 10 hours a week, including working one of the days every other weekend. A fixed contract with more hours is also available.
For example; a 10-hour fixed contract, could be working for 3 hours and 20 minutes for three days (including one day, every other weekend). Or for 4 hours and 30 minutes for four days (including one day, every other weekend).
Morning visits start from 8 am and evenings finish by 9:30 pm, every day.
What you will be doing:
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
- Offer transportation to appointments and social outings
- Help clients stay engaged in their communities
- Provide emotional support and become a trusted companion

Qualifications
It is a bonus if you have cared for a family member or friend or have any previous care experience; but more importantly, you must be; naturally kind and caring; with a compassionate heart and a desire to help others in your local community.
As many of our clients are based in rural locations, access to reliable transportation is desirable, whether a car, motorbike, or perhaps a keen cyclist.
We provide comprehensive training with opportunities for additional qualifications and self-development.
