We match our Care Professionals with our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies and allow time for quality care with a minimum of one-hour visits to all clients.
We provide shadows with established Care Professionals before your first visit and introduce you to new clients when they join us.
Job Description
Are you a retiree who wants to stay active and make a difference in the lives of others.
Do you miss the connections with people you had in previous roles and are now looking for a fresh start in a meaningful, part-time position?
We are looking for mature candidates who;
- Live in Brentwood, or Billericay
- Are reliable, compassionate, and have a genuine desire to help others
- Are trustworthy, and dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Are physically able to assist clients with daily living activities
- Are passionate about working in the local community
- Can work independently and as part of a team
You will provide;
- Companionship and social interaction to clients
- Daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
- Transportation to appointments and social outings
- Emotional support and become a trusted companion
Qualifications
It is a benefit if you have cared for a family member or friend or have any previous care experience; but more importantly, you must be; naturally kind and caring; with a compassionate heart and a desire to help others in your local community.
Access to reliable transportation is a must as our office is in a rural area.
As a Care Professional, you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and excellent support.
