Beacon Services of Connecticut provides home-based pediatric services for infants, toddlers, and children from birth to three years of age. Our interdisciplinary teams work together to support families throughout the state of Connecticut using high quality therapy services based upon evidenced-based practices.

Job Description

Our SLP’s deliver intervention to families where they live by supporting the evaluation of young children's current abilities using developmental and speech assessments. Clinicians interpret evaluation results, work as part of a team to develop individualized plans and use evidence-based intervention to facilitate children’s participation within the home and community. Clinicians also support the transition from community to school services.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology/Communication Disorders
  • Some experience in pediatric intervention preferred
  • Current or provisional licensure by relevant state board or agency

Working Conditions

  • Services are delivered in family homes and community settings.  This position will require some travel between locations, within a limited region.
  • Work Hours:
  • Various session times, generally between 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

Job Type: Full-time, Salaried

  • Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year; position eligible for additional incentives
