Beacon Services of Connecticut provides home-based pediatric services for infants, toddlers, and children from birth to three years of age. Our interdisciplinary teams work together to support families throughout the state of Connecticut using high quality therapy services based upon evidenced-based practices.
Job Description
Our Occupational Therapists deliver intervention to families where they live by supporting the evaluation of young children's current abilities using developmental and motor assessments. Clinicians interpret evaluation results, work as part of a team to develop individualized plans and use evidence-based intervention to facilitate children’s participation within the home and community. Clinicians also support the transition from community to school services.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Some experience in pediatric intervention preferred
- Current Licensure by relevant state board or agency

Working Conditions
Services are delivered in family homes and daycare settings. This position will require some travel between locations, within a limited region.
Work Hours
Various session times, generally between 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
Job Type: Full-time, Salaried
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year; position eligible for additional incentives
