Job Description

As Omni Business Controller you support in driving profitable and sustainable growth for the omni region as well as growing the online controlling competence within the region.


Key responsibilities include:


Ensure delivery of the financial result of e-commerce

  • Drive Omni budget and forecast process with relevant functions as well as aligning with e-com business analysts and sales market controllers
  • Take ownership of updating Most Likely P&L and coordinate input from relevant functions and align with sales markets
  • Ensure correctness of monthly cuts for the Online P&Ls together with respective accounting department
  • Be the main point of contact for matters relating to the Online P&L
  • Set and drive actions to reach sales and profitability targets
  • Following up logistic cost and service scope ensuring cost-efficient and value-optimized customer promise

Securing a high-quality omni sales plan

  • With input from relevant functions - securing relevant and updated Omni financial sales plans across the markets
  • Aligning omni sales plan with sales markets as well as the key stakeholders (logistics, customer service, customer activation, omni merchandising)
  • In collaboration with sales markets coordinate omni sales plan analysis
  • Updating and following up omni and channel specific sales planning together with omni supply & demand function

Driving an omni mindset with a customer-centric view

  • Support in driving awareness for the Online sales and profit development in the sales market to increase Omni awareness
  • Identify and drive online and omni-initiatives & projects
  • Set up ways of working to strengthen online understanding and omni mindset across the region

Besides your personality we see that you have:

  • Relevant experience from previous controlling roles in retail fashion industry and specifically online controlling or/and a degree in Business Administration
  • High analytical ability
  • Experience from preparing and presenting financial reporting to Management
  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders in other teams to drive end results
  • Great communication and team collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience working in Power BI, MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint

This is a full-time position based in our H&M Support Office in Stockholm, Sweden.
