Job Description

You will lead the management reporting processes globally for COS, providing accurate financial data and analysis. You will produce first-level insights on sales and full P&L, to meet internal customers’ and shareholders’ requirements. You will also be responsible for developing and producing standard reports and tools to enable decision-making for the global brand functions, and region level executive teams.
 
Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage the demand and delivery of innovative decision support solutions (financial models, simulation tools, reporting and planning solutions), agreeing the roadmap with stakeholders across the business
  • Lead the standardization and automation of the monthly management reports for HQ functions, and support regional finance teams in generating timely, accurate, and value-add reports
  • Lead and grow a small team of analysts and data specialists, including offshore resources, and set up and manage virtual project teams with resources across the regions and the H&M group
  • Support the brands rolling budgeting processes with continuous improvement initiatives. Measure and validate forecasting accuracy
  • Develop key insights and KPIs to drive business performance and track growth initiatives
  • Initiate and assist cross-functional projects in support of strategic initiatives
  • Ensure smooth solution support for business users of decision support solutions, including training, documentation, and change and incident management
  • Maintain and ensure adherence to data governance policies (master data, access policies, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical & financial analysis skills, and demonstrated experience of managing a portfolio of analytics and reporting solutions (eg Power BI, Tableau, Excel, DAX, OLAP models)
  • Substantial project management experience, with exposure to multiple project management methodologies (agile, Prince 2, waterfall)
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels in the organization, in particular articulating complex technical, organisational, and performance challenges succinctly and effectively
  • Team management experience
  • Professional experience working in or with financial planning and analysis or controlling function
  • Experience in marketing-heavy businesses. Retail, fashion, or consumer goods strongly preferred
