Job Description

We are looking for a Strategic Lead to our Digital Marketing department at Weekday.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support the digital marketing team with initiatives, prioritizations and strategies to reach goals and develop new ways of working
  • Initiate, lead and drive projects from idea to finalized assignment, including timeline for all activities and productions
  • Develop aligned strategic planning and collaborate cross brand and cross functionally to achieve set goals and prevent suboptimization per brand
  • Manage external partners when needed to achieve set goals
  • Coordinate, manage and follow up all projects and administrative parts, including production, budget distribution, negotiations and invoices
  • Finetune business structure, ROI framework and reporting set up
  • Continuously research to keep yourself updated within your area of expertise and responsibility

Qualifications

  • 5+ years proven experience from a similar role within consumer facing marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field.
  • Experience from managing media budgets on a global level
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
  • Proven experience in driving successful marketing activations across channels and the media funnel (both brand and performance marketing)
  • A strategic as well as hands on salesmanship attitude
  • Have a curious and constant learning approach to continuously keep yourself updated within your area of expertise and responsibility
