Job Description

Experian Marketing Services is looking for a Program Manager to bring their individual approach to our collaborative process. This is a highly collaborative role designed to work across departments and teams. You will assist in all phases of planning, executing, and completing projects, and will assure the optimal delivery (timeframe, cost, and capabilities) of internal projects. You will also take further ownership in mission-critical projects in closely managing them to fruition.   • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals of strategic initiatives 
  • Own dashboarding of all key metrics on how well the organization is planning, executing, and completing in a highly visible and transparent way 
  • Enable the planning, execution, and completion of phases across various projects 
  • Track cost/budget, timelines, velocity, milestones, and fulfillment across all projects 
  • Surface and flag critical developments in the lifecycle of a project to highlight potential risk and/or successful completion 
  • Lead the cross-functional delivery of a range of technology deliverables using advanced facilitation, planning, and dependency management techniques 
  • Use lean Agile methodologies to drive continuous incremental delivery against quarterly and annual objectives 
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to prioritize, scope, and deliver plans of action 
  • Track and monitor critical OKRs such as technical product delivery, technology management and operations on behalf of the delivery team (Program Management team) 
  • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget 
  • Coach Engineering teams and Commercial leads on Project Management principles and methodologies 
  • Standardize and continuously seek to improve processes and set consistent patterns across the organization  


What your background looks like

  • 2+ years of Program Management experience at a global technology company 
  • 5+ years of project management experience or/and practicing software development, under lean software development and agile principles 
  • Adaptable Agile mentality leading to successful implementation of Agile best practices across departments to achieve organizational goals 
  • Demonstrated ability to track costs, budgets, timelines, velocity, and deliveries across a large portfolio of projects 
  • Proven expertise in leveraging Jira, in conjunction with other integration tools, for reporting and delivery tracking purposes
  • A strong ability to help course correct continuously as new priorities and new information becomes available 
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, track and deliver results 
  • Proven track record of organizing transformational change strategy across a global organization  
  • An expert in leveraging corporate communication and collaboration tools including but not limited to Slack, Confluence, etc.  
  • Exceptional communication skills and tactful ability to negotiate the desired outcome  
  • Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach 
  • Ability to accommodate Eastern Time Zone workday
