Job Description

Our Business Analysts love to solve problems! Their natural analytical way of thinking takes complex process and data challenges and transforms them into precise, creative, smart and highly effective solutions. They understand the intricacies of the business better than anyone, and embrace every opportunity to enrich the customer experience. The Business Analyst (BA) may be responsible for enterprise-wide analytics on business performance, and may serve as an Account Manager to a customer requiring detailed analytics or digital content.

 

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Embrace the business from start to finish: anticipate business requirements, develop processes, uncover opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional teammates
  • Work closely with customers from on-boarding to continuing relationship management
  • Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to fellow teammates
  • Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
  • Monitor solutions and ensure timely completion of projects

Qualifications

  • Strong core values and integrity
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or an MBA
  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced business environment
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • A knack for identifying process improvement opportunities and a passion for executing on these opportunities
  • Rock-star skills in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • A track record of following through on commitments
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience leading and developing high performing teams
  • Bilingualism (French, English) is not required, but highly valued
