We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QC Associate to join our quality control team in Hyderabad, India. As a QC Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through rigorous testing and analysis.

• Perform quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results
• Conduct data analysis and interpret test results using statistical methods
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation of all quality control activities
• Assist in the development and improvement of quality control procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory requirements
• Participate in internal audits and support external regulatory inspections
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes and methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting
• Proficiency in quality control procedures, techniques, and statistical methods
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and instrumentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities
• Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.)
• Knowledge of quality management systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
• Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus
