Job Description

  • Type Audit Documents – financial statements, management reports, audit committee reports, letter, audit representation letters, engagement letters, audit planning memorandums, various audit documents
  • Type Project Documents – various project Audit and management reports, engagement letters, various projects documents
  • Type Proposals – Various technical and financial proposals for various audit and projects, expression of interest, general proposals, consultancy proposals etc.
  • Administration:
  1. Ordering, recording and issuing of various office stationery to members of staff
  2. -        Typing and printing of various office administration documents and letter
  3. -        Sending of mail to Blantyre office by Courier on daily basis
  4. -        Managing of incoming and outgoing mail
  5. -        Printing of various administration forms e.g. Leave forms, fax forms, mid-month advance forms, loans form
  6. -        Managing of all various bank requisition forms like cheque deposits, cash deposits for various banks
  7. -        Managing and ordering of medicines for First Aid Kit and issuing of various medicines to sick members of staff
  8. -        Managing petty cash float
  9. -        Covering reception
  10. -        Maintaining a mail register
  11. -        Covering for admin staff

Qualifications

  • At least MSCE and Advanced Secretarial qualification.

  • Pleasant Personality.
  • High level of personal integrity & honesty.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Aged - 25 to 40 years.
