- Coordinates & Drives all rollout relevant activities for a defined rollout location​
- Accountable for efficient and compliant rollout @ site including reporting and tracking of the project deliverables per phase​
- Team Lead of up to 8-10 HCs​
- Provides leadership and guidance towards Rollout Team (direct supervisor incl leading external consultants)
- Establish constant exchange with all relevant stakeholders (CT Finance Team / BA Mgmt / Plant Team)
- Focus especially on proper cutover planning & data migration milestones
- Coordinate rollout of CT tools (QDA, etc)  in close exchange with CT teams & Country teams

Dimensions/ Organization/ Magnitude

- Coordination with all ContiTech BAs and relevant Central Functions (e.g., SCM, Group Sector Controlling, GBS)
- Coordination with Rollout Plant Mgmt & Plant team

- Academic Degree as Industrial Engineer, Computer Engineer, Business Manager or comparable experience through several years of practical work 

- min. 5 yrs in multinational environment
- min. 5 yrs in SAP environment

- min. 3 yrs. leading of staff

- leading virtual, global teams , communicate effectively within diverse teams

Project Management 

▪ Define & applies concepts for a proper SAP rollout 
▪ Implement SAP module as member of the project team, attendance in design, test, and Go Live support sessions (optional)
▪ Perform Quality gates & compliance check

People Management

- Direct Supervisor of up to 10 internal directs
- Additionally responsible to manage external consultants for specific rollout tasks (e.g. MHP)
- Ensure high knowledge level of Team Members for focus areas

- Identify and frequently exchange with major stakeholders / influencers

Business Consulting

- Supporting and consulting the RolloutTeam in questions or problems related to the SAP  rollout processes and related IT solutions
- Ensures documentation of SAP Operations, configuration instructions, manuals, etc.
- Coordination for IT Operations documentation management

IT Strategy

- Ensures realization of prioritized Projects according to the IT Roadmap
