Salary: From $41.10 an hour inc of 25% Casual Loading

As a Program Attendant, you’ll play a key role in helping our community thrive through engaging, active and inclusive sport and leisure programs. You’ll be working in a supportive environment where teamwork, creativity, and customer service make a real impact every day.
You’ll help deliver skills‑based programs that are safe, fun and encouraging for participants of all ages and abilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will:
- Deliver engaging sport and leisure classes
- Maintain safety and supervision standards
- Set up and pack away equipment safely
- Create positive, fun learning environments
- Support program development and improvements
- Provide excellent customer service
- Keep program spaces clean and organised
- Respond promptly to supervisor communications
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, confident working with people, and passionate about helping participants learn and enjoy being active. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Level 1 accreditation or equivalent experience
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong organisation and time‑management skills
- Experience with diverse client groups
- Experience teaching sport or leisure activities (desirable)
- Experience in recreation or leisure facilities (desirable)
- Working With Children Check + National Police Clearance
