Job Description
We are looking for a driven and collaborative demand marketing specialist to join our global MarCom team. In this role, you’ll help shape our marketing engine across regions, working closely with sales to generate pipeline, strengthen our presence in key markets, and deliver targeted, data-driven campaigns.
As a demand marketing specialist, you’ll play a central role in building and accelerating our global marketing engine. You will drive B2B demand generation programs, develop targeted regional and segment-based campaigns, and work together with our global Sales to ensure strong pipeline impact. Your work will include shaping and executing account-based marketing initiatives, optimizing digital channels, and managing cimcorp.com, our marketing core. You’ll also contribute to refining our buyer and customer journey, helping us better connect with audiences worldwide both global and regional. Qualifications
What you’ll need to succeed
- Solid B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in demand generation, ABM or related roles
- Strong understanding of digital environments, MarTech and data-driven marketing
- Experience in lead generation and building strong sales collaboration
- Familiarity with segment-based business models
- International experience and the ability to work across HQ and regional perspectives
- Excellent English proficiency, written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
- A hands-on, developer mindset — you like to build, test and improve
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach — not a lone-wolf style
- U.S. market knowledge is an advantage
