• Small Mid Cap, via Bridgepoint Development Capital, which focuses on investing in small mid-cap companies valued up to €250 million;

• Direct Lending, which covers growth capital, acquisitions and refinancings; and

Infrastructure - This strategy is implemented through ECP, one of the largest private infrastructure managers focused on North American, middle-market energy transition and sustainable infrastructure opportunities:

• ECP focuses on making value-add, predominantly control investments across power generation (gas-fired & renewable), battery storage, renewable fuels, waste management and energy efficiency infrastructure. It is also increasingly sourcing opportunities to invest in data centre development, where access to power generation is a critical differentiator

As an Intern at Bridgepoint, you’ll have the chance to develop your Private Equity expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced investment environment. This internship will give you exposure to the entire investment process, allowing you to work on real deals and strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:​

• Market screening, review, and analysis of investment opportunities​

• Financial modelling and valuation analysis as part of the investment process​

• Portfolio company support, including performance analysis and acquisitions​

• Ad-hoc project work on ongoing sector and business evaluations​
