We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Smart Start Student. We expect you to physically work at Bosch Bursa Factory 2,5-3 days a week during 11 months.

The chance to gain experience in many departments from production to R&D, from logistics to purchasing is waiting for you!

When you start the Smart Start program;

• You will get to know Bosch Bursa Factory closely

• You will take an active role in projects that suit your interests.

• You will be included in the Smart Start training & development program

• You will be able to participate in social clubs and activities in the factory by taking time for your private life outside of work.

In addition to all these, students studying at Uludag University can complete the In-Term Internship processes they need to do in the 7-8th semester in the Smart Start program.

• '4rd year' undergraduate and master students in the field of Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical&Electronics, Computer Engineering.

In the Smart Start program, insurance is covered by Bosch and all students are paid a monthly minimum wage.

Various trainings and seminars to improve your soft skills.

How will the Application and Evaluation process proceed?

1. If your CV matches the application requirements above, we will send a video interview to your e-mail address to get to know you better. We will ask you to complete it in the given time.

2. We expect you to answer the questions asked in English during the video interview in English.

3. We will ask you to prioritize the departments you want to work with in the question form that we will send through the video interview. (Production, Purchasing, R&D, Logistic, Maintenance etc.)

4. After the video interview, if you are considered suitable for the open Smart Start positions, you will participate in the online HR and manager interview.
