Highly efficient technologies which make a significant contribution to a cleaner environment. Bosch Home Comfort uses its comprehensive know-how – whether in terms of condensing technology, solar thermal systems, heat pumps or combined-heat-and-power – to reduce CO2 emissions.

In Wernau near Stuttgart is the headquarters of the division. Here we also develop and manufacture innovative products and central functions are located here.

Do you have what it takes to lead “like a Bosch”?

• Studies in a top university, with at least a master’s degree;
• MBA or PhD is appreciated;
• Exceptional performance indicators, at university and/or in professional activities;
• Business fluent in German and English;
• Leadership experience;
• Broad experience, e.g., through work in a leading consultancy;
• Experience in energy or environment branch is valued;
• Relevant professional and management experience in different functional areas, preferably in an international setting and/or diverse industries;
• High performance mindset and ambitious for personal growth;
• Mobility / flexibility is valued.
