At Bosch Rexroth, we are proud to carry out the DİSP (Dönem İçi Staj Programı) in collaboration with Uludağ University and Bursa Technical University. Designed to align with the academic calendar, this program offers students a valuable opportunity to complete their mandatory internships within a professional environment.

DİSP provides a platform where students can put their theoretical knowledge into practice and gain hands-on experience in the real business world. Throughout the program, you will have the chance to get to know Bosch Rexroth’s corporate culture, take responsibility in innovative projects, and contribute to both your personal and our organizational development.

During your internship, you will be assigned to specific projects within your respective departments, allowing you to develop your skills and gain insight into the dynamics of professional life.

This year, internship opportunities within the scope of DİSP will be available in the following departments:

• Production Department

• Maintenance Department

• Quality Department

• Logistics Department

• Industrial Engineering Department

• Testing, Process, and Tool Engineering Department

• Digitalization Department

• R&D Department

• Occupational Health and Safety Department

• Purchasing Department

Should be a senior student (4th degree) of the related engineering departments:

• Industrial Engineering

• Mechanical Engineering

• Computer Engineering

• Mechatronics Engineering

• E&E Engineering

• Metallurgical and Materials Engineering

Has to be able to work from the Bosch Rexroth Bursa office minimum 3 days a week. (Preferly 4 or 5 days a week)

Very good command in English (German is an asset)

Being collaborative and eager to learn

Good communication, analytical thinking and team working skills

Has to be able to make mandatory internship program (DİSP or İMEP). SGK insurance has to be paid by university
