At the center of our portfolio is a small, highly focused team of nine professionals based at Bosch’s headquarters in Gerlingen-Schillerhöhe. From there, we collaborate closely with our portfolio companies to accelerate performance, unlock growth opportunities, and drive sustainable value creation.

Today, our portfolio spans businesses across several locations, including Bosch Health Care Solutions GmbH in Waiblingen, Bosch Industriekessel GmbH with key operations in Gunzenhausen (Germany) and Bischofshofen (Austria), and ELPRO-BUCHS AG in Buchs, Switzerland.

Do you have the ambition to unlock the full potential of a high-growth health care business and be a part of shaping its future development? As Performance & Investment Manager for Health Care, you will play a key role in driving value creation, business performance, and strategic development across one of our portfolio companies.

Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President & Partner for Portfolio Companies, who joins from a Private Equity company, you will act as a key advisor to both divisional leadership and the management team of Bosch Health Care Solutions. Combining strategic thinking with operational excellence, you will help realize the company's full growth and value creation potential.

• Partner with the management team of our Health Care business to shape its strategic direction and long-term development.
• Own the value creation agenda and drive the design and execution of tailored value creation initiatives.
• Ensure performance transparency through agile governance and proactively initiate corrective actions where required.
• Leverage your deep expertise in health care technologies and business models, ideally in diagnostics and analytics, to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Education: Successfully completed university degree in business administration, medicine, mathematics, physics, life sciences, or a comparable field.

Healthcare expertise: Deep understanding of health care technologies, business models, and market dynamics, ideally in diagnostics, analytics, or related health care segments. Complemented with a robust network in health care. 

Professional experience: At least ten years of professional experience, primarily in consulting, industrial portfolio management, private equity, or corporate development, combined with a strong track record in the health care industry. Board experience is considered a plus.

Analytical and business acumen: Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities, a data-driven mindset, and a proven ability to translate insights into impactful business decisions.

Leadership and working style: Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership - tenacious and accountable in driving results, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated self-starter mentality. You work effectively both independently and in cross-functional teams.

Languages: Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
