Qualifications
- Your academic background: You will complete your master’s degree next year with above-average grades and have focused on business-related subjects.
- Your ability to see the big picture: You find it fascinating to understand how a global company operates, and you are motivated to support the company’s goals through effective business management.
- Personality: You are always looking for new paths, think strategically, and are willing to learn — that’s your growth mindset. You firmly believe that outstanding results can only be achieved by empowering people. With emotional intelligence and empathy, you create an environment where people can realize their full potential and contribute to the success of the entire team.
- Experience and know-how: You have at least three months' experience abroad and have gained practical experience through challenging internships in industry. You have a maximum of two years of full-time work experience. Internships and part-time student jobs do not count toward this total.
- Language skills: English and German (at least B2-level)
