DUTIES:

Analyze requirements and provide solutions, conduct development, quality assurance and engineering support for the deployed test solutions. Prepare and install solutions by determining design system specifications, standards, and programming solutions. Conduct testing for bugs and issues, document exceptions and fixes for inclusion into core products. Conduct systems analysis and perform trending and log analysis to identify areas of improvement and recommend changes in policies and procedures. Monitor test station functionality and identify needs and system performance deficiencies. Assess potential impacts of management and operations (M&O) strategies and evaluate implemented projects. Prepare technical documentation and manuals and train clients to use our solutions. Provide feedback on company’s growth opportunities and areas that benefit clients from our expertise. Full-time telecommuting permitted.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or the foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Telecommunications System Management, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a closely related f ield, plus 4 years of experience in a software engineering and testing occupation. The required experience in a software engineering and testing occupation must include the following:

• 4 years of experience with Python development production.
• 4 years of experience developing, integrating, and supporting various software solutions
• 4 years of experience evaluating system architectures, developing validation plans and performing risk assessments.
• 4 years of experience performing code reviews and proposing solutions to anticipate and resolve problems.
• 3 years of experience with test engineering, test executive development, test system troubleshooting and test software troubleshooting.
• 3 years of experience acting as a leader for specific projects, working with engineers to develop software and hardware systems, and developing methodologies and tools to support clients.
• 3 years of experience working in an environment with strong ownership of responsibilities, time management, and results driven nature to achieve objectives in multidisciplinary, and international teams.
