Software Engineers

Achieve, formerly the Freedom Financial Network group, has openings for Software Engineers at its companies Freedom Debt Relief, Freedom Asset Management, Freedom Financial Network Funding,  and Lendage.

Location: San Mateo, CA;

Serve as a core member of an agile team that drives user story analysis and elaboration, designs, and develops software applications using advanced technology.

Contribute toward the architecture principles, design standards, and using best practices for

software development. Identify exciting opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges. Perform ongoing refactoring of code, utilizing visualization and cloud platform to fast track concepts and deliver continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and

operating platforms. Integrate various external applications by designing and developing web services. Understand the tradeoffs between technical, analytical and product needs and leads to solutions that take all of these needs into account. Support internal clients (Freedom employees) by developing documentation and quickly generating proofs of concept.

Embrace emerging standards while promoting best practices. Monitor the applications for performance issues and overall application health. Generate metrics for reporting needs and help internal clients to provide insight.

Remote employment possible with management approval. 

Will accept Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in lieu of Master’s degree and three years of experience.

Salary offered:  $214,000.00 – $225,000.00
