About the Role
To support Nexthink’s continued growth, we are hiring a Technical Partner Manager (TPM) to drive pre-sales engagement with global Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners, with a particular focus on partners operating from India.
The TPM will support the MSP Sales team by acting as the trusted technical advisor, helping to expand Nexthink’s footprint through technical leadership, enablement, and value-driven selling across global MSP ecosystems
Key Responsibilities
Partner Enablement & Strategy
- Define and execute the Global MSP technical enablement strategy, equipping partner teams to independently position, demonstrate, and sell Nexthink solutions
- Enable MSP partners to integrate Nexthink into their service portfolios and go-to-market offerings
- Build long-term technical relationships with partner stakeholders and drive continuous capability uplift
Pre-Sales Execution
- Act as the primary technical pre-sales lead for MSP-aligned opportunities
- Support the full sales cycle, including solution positioning, demonstrations, proof-of-value (POV) engagements, and technical validation
- Lead value-based workshops to articulate how Nexthink delivers measurable business outcomes
- Support large, complex enterprise opportunities and help drive deals to successful closure
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with MSP account teams on pipeline development, account planning, and QBRs
- Act as a technical liaison between MSP partners and Nexthink product teams, providing feedback on requirements, roadmap, and market needs
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders (IT Operations, ITSM, Security, Digital Workplace) to build strong solution alignment
Thought Leadership & Advocacy
- Act as a Nexthink subject matter expert (SME) internally and externally
- Contribute to partner-facing content, including case studies, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses
- Deliver presentations at customer events, partner sessions, and industry forums
- Help shape innovative, partner-led services built on the Nexthink platform
Success in this role will deliver:
- MSP partners confidently and independently positioning Nexthink in their offerings
- Growth in partner-led pipeline, deal size, and technical win rates
- Strong technical credibility with senior stakeholders across partner and customer organisations
- Successful enablement programs that scale across global MSP teams
Qualifications
Experience
- Extensive experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales within SaaS or cloud environments
- Proven experience working with and enabling global MSP partners
- Track record of supporting revenue growth and contributing to complex sales cycles
- Experience in value selling and engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders
Technical & Domain Expertise (one or more areas)
- Digital Employee Experience (DEX) / End-User Computing / Workplace services
- IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks
- Cloud and workplace transformation (e.g., Microsoft 365, Windows 11, migrations)
- Security, governance, risk, and compliance
- Experience in designing or operating enterprise IT services or service desks
Skills & Attributes
- Strong business and commercial acumen with a value-driven mindset
- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, including executive-level engagement
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, global environment
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence across partner and internal teams
- Technically curious and able to rapidly learn and articulate Nexthink’s platform and value
