Joining us as a Product Owner, you will lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers, overseeing the design and maintenance of back-end systems for large applications. They actively participate in technical analysis, collaborate with business users and analysts to align projects with goals, and ensure successful outcomes through effective communication. The day involves a balance of leadership, technical oversight, and collaborative efforts.

As a Product Owner you will:

• Lead and mentor a group of Software Engineers
• Design, develop and maintain web-based and client applications.
• Utilize expertise in PLSQL and Java technologies to drive the development and maintenance process.
• Participate in the technical analysis, documentation, implementation, and integration.
• Foster collaboration by coordinating closely with Business users, business analysts, and fellow software developers to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Specialization in Spring Boot for efficient and scalable server-side development
• Bring hands-on experience in Java EE (J2EE)
• Familiarity working with PLSQL and PHP
• Demonstrate a good understanding in Visual Basic .NET
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
