Job Description

You will join our Sales Administration team and be in charge of our client's orders using our SAP software and organising and following up on shipments. Your clients will include AMAZON, leading retail brands like BOULANGER, international DIY distributors such as LEROY MERLIN and B2B companies including Velux. 

This is a very international environment where you will be in regular contact with a team of 10 sales representatives, 5 of whom are based abroad (Sweden, Poland, Germany, Netherland). 

Your main tasks will be :   

  • Order processing: monitor information, and input services and products 

  • Ensure compliance with pricing policy, quality of service and delivery dates 

  • Calculate shipping costs and ensure the smooth processing of shipping orders (track shipping schedules and inform clients of delays in the deliveries) 

  • Process invoices according to incoterms 

  • Resolve shipping litigation 

  • Assist the accounting department in handling and following up on delayed payments 

This position is based in our offices in Boulogne-Billancourt (92).  

Qualifications

  • You have a degree in sales administration or similar and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. 

  • Knowledge of the SAP environment or of an ERP is a plus. 

  • Fluent French & English is mandatory. Another language is a plus.  

  • Reactivity and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this position. 

  • Autonomous but enjoy working in a team.  

  • Customer satisfaction is important to you, you are interesting to understand the business. You are positive and always looking for solutions 

  • Proactive and resourceful, your analytical skills make it easy for you to look for and find solutions. 

  • You master excel. 

  • Working closely with the finance department, knowledge and experience of invoicing flows by type of service (excluding goods flows) will be an additional advantage - versatility between the 2 departments - sales and finance - is an integral part of the job - you must be comfortable with EXCEL and internal communication.
