Job Description

Location: USA

NELOGIS provides a Program Manager to manage the comprehensive logistics and property management support services, including accountability, visibility, inventory management, causative research, documentation, reporting, and coordination activities necessary to support US NAVY’s Property Management Program. All services shall be performed in accordance with applicable directives, instructions, and business rules. The Program Manager is responsible for managing all contract deliverables, personnel, training and maintaining professional standards of accountability, quality, and effectiveness.

  • Possess the knowledge and skills required to plan, control, manage, and successfully complete the work.
  • Provide supervision for the NELOGIS-employees to include but not limited to planning and managing the contract professionally.
  • Coaching and mentoring employees ensuring that work is scheduled properly to obtain maximum use of resources.
  • Ensuring that accurate and timely reports are provided.
  • Execute cost-saving factors and quality controls to ensure work is performed as scheduled and at a fair and reasonable cost.
  • Program Manager will have full authority to act on all matters relating to NELOGIS’ Performance

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of military experience and the attainment of military grade of CW-3, E9, or O4 and higher.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in a logistics assignment including warehouse operations, organization property accountability, shipboard property accountability, or other.
  • Relevant experience within the last 5 years.
  • Possess the knowledge and skills required to plan, control, manage, and successfully complete the work.
  • (Preferred) Prior service in the US Navy in property accountability
  • (Preferred) Current Secret Clearance or the ability to get a security clearance

Additional Information

Position is Full Time Positions (40 hrs per week).
