Job Description

Part-time contract (initial 6 months, likely extension)

Location: North Ryde
Working model: Hybrid – 2 days per week in office 

We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support a major HR, Payroll and Workforce Management (WFM) implementation program.

Working closely with the project team and senior change practitioners, this role will support change activities by capturing impacts, coordinating communications and training activities, monitoring adoption, and helping embed new ways of working across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of change activities across the HR, Payroll and WFM implementation program
  • Capture change impacts, stakeholder insights and business readiness information
  • Support the development of change plans, communications and engagement activities
  • Coordinate communications, events, training sessions and change activities
  • Work with project teams and stakeholders to identify change risks, issues and adoption barriers
  • Track change adoption metrics and provide reporting and insights
  • Support business readiness and transition activities

This is an opportunity to contribute to a significant HR transformation program and support successful adoption of new systems and ways of working.

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years’ overall experience, with 3+ years’ experience supporting organisational change activities
  • Experience capturing change impacts, supporting communications and coordinating training/events
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, SMEs and business stakeholders
  • Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities

Industry experience:

  • Telecommunications experience highly desirable
  • Alternatively, experience in a complex or regulated industry such as financial services, FMCG, or similar environments
