Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance card products in alignment with the bank’s strategy.
- Prepare periodic reports on:
- Newly issued cards.
- Existing and active cards.
- Activation and usage rates.
- Spending volumes and generated revenues.
- Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for improvement and increased activation.
- Follow up on new card activation in coordination with the Call Center.
- Prepare target customer lists for activation campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Department.
- Coordinate with the IT Department to resolve technical issues related to card issuance or activation.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to launch campaigns and promotional offers related to card products.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of payment networks such as Visa.
- Improve card issuance and activation processes to enhance customer experience.
- Submit analytical reports to direct management, including recommendations and operational observations.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in the banking sector or in card product management.
- Knowledge of card systems and card issuance/activation procedures.
