Job Description
The Administrative Assistant for the Compliance Legal Group provides high-quality administrative support to attorneys and compliance professionals, helping to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of a fast-paced and collaborative team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage routine administrative responsibilities with professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in administrative support roles and be comfortable with calendaring, meeting and travel coordination, document management, and expense and invoice processing. The successful candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and responsiveness in a deadline-driven environment. This position is well-suited for an experienced administrative professional who values accuracy and consistency, possesses the ability to communicate effectively with lawyers and their in-house clients, and who can adapt to evolving priorities within a corporate environment
Here you can:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of attorneys and compliance professionals based in the United States
- Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling and logistics for in-person and virtual meetings across time zones
- Prioritize and manage competing calendars, deadlines, and administrative requests across multiple senior attorneys and stakeholders
- Partner with administrative professionals across the company to coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, coverage, and cross-functional support
- Communicate via telephone and email professionally and serve as an initial point of contact for routine inquiries
- Coordinate technology and systems support, including meeting tools and access requests
- Arrange business travel and accommodations; process expense reports in accordance with company policies
- Process and track invoices from outside counsel, consultants, and vendors; resolve discrepancies as needed
- Organize and maintain documents in electronic filing systems in accordance with record-retention and confidentiality requirements
- Assist with compliance operations, including training logistics, deadline tracking, reporting, and audit support
- Manage special projects and ad hoc compliance initiatives as directed
Qualifications
Here you'll need:
- 1+ years of administrative or relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, CoPilot, and SharePoint

- Experience supporting Legal, Compliance, or other similar functions preferred
This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the New York, NY office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $47,500 - $60,000
