Job Description

Role Purpose: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our LATAM Regional Marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, event coordination, and creative production within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agencies and partners to ensure marketing strategies are executed as planned.
  • Support budget tracking by compiling PO vs. budget reports for Director-level review.
  • Maintain and update key documents, including competitive analysis and local production reports.
  • Coordinate ticket distribution for local premieres and screenings.
  • Assist with logistics for events involving the Senior Management Team.
  • Manage administrative and coordination tasks for the LATAM Regional Office (e.g., purchase orders, CONCUR reports).
  • Support the production and distribution of marketing materials (e.g., posters, banners), including vendor quotes and shipping logistics across LATAM.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and spreadsheets (e.g., regional directories, documentation).
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing presentations (e.g., highlight decks, big ideas, slate decks).
  • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of promotional items.
  • Upload and verify vendor information for the marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media management tools (Mac and PC environments).
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams and personalities.
