- Analyze AVOD monetization performance (CPM, fill rate, ad completion, interaction rates) and use data insights to inform features and optimizations.
- Work with analytics teams to ensure systems capture key metrics and provide accurate reporting for business stakeholders.
- Support A/B testing of ad formats, placements, and related engagement features to maximize yield while maintaining a quality user experience.
- Ensure backend features and data handling processes comply with privacy and legal regulations, including COPPA, CCPA, VPPA, and California AADC.

- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with backend, API, or platform systems in AVOD or streaming video.
- Understanding of ad-supported streaming workflows, including SSAI, targeting services, and interactive ad enablement.
- Proven ability to lead technical products from concept through launch and iteration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ad performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to align business, engineering, and product stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with AVOD products across multiple device platforms (Roku, living room devices, mobile apps, web).
- Knowledge of ad delivery services, yield optimization techniques, and interactive ad standards.
- Skilled in Agile product development using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and data dashboards (Looker, Adobe).
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership, comfortable managing complex initiatives with many moving parts.
