Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analytics, performance optimization, and ROI-focused campaign management to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage performance-driven campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

  • Oversee ad account management, including budgeting, billing, campaign structuring, and optimization.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including CPC, CPA, CPM, CTR, CVR, ROI, and LTV, ensuring continuous improvement of campaign efficiency.

  • Leverage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, and other analytics platforms to track user behavior, measure campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copies, visuals, and landing pages aligned with user intent and brand tone.

  • Design and manage A/B tests, targeting strategies, and audience segmentation to enhance campaign results.

  • Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key insights, trends, and improvement opportunities.

  • Work closely with Product, Data, and Growth teams to align campaigns with product objectives and user engagement goals.

  • Identify and recommend new growth channels, bidding strategies, and automation opportunities to maximize ROI.

  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).

  • Proven ability to plan and execute data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
