Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total Experience 10+ years
  • Strong experience in Salesforce architecture and enterprise solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Commerce Cloud, and integrations.
  • Proven expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with system integrations involving ERP systems, middleware platforms, and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, and Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., SFDX, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience in environment management, release planning, and deployment strategies across multiple Salesforce orgs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, security, and performance optimization.
  • Proven leadership experience in mentoring senior developers, tech leads, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Commerce Cloud, and integrated enterprise systems.
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Architect and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP, middleware platforms, and third-party applications.
  • Define and manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and environment management processes to ensure smooth and reliable releases.
  • Establish best practices for release management, version control, and DevOps automation within Salesforce projects.
  • Provide technical leadership and governance across Salesforce development and architecture teams.
  • Mentor senior developers and technical leads, and conduct regular knowledge-sharing and capability-building sessions.
  • Contribute to building organizational Salesforce capabilities, frameworks, and reusable assets.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural standards, security guidelines, and performance optimization practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align Salesforce solutions with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
