Role: SAP Analytics Consultant
Working Model: Initial 3 months in a hybrid setup (3–4 days onsite in Chicago, IL), After that, the role will be remote with occasional travel.

Job Overview: 

• We are seeking SAP Analytics Consultants with experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP analytics solutions.
• You will support senior team members on SAP analytics projects across SAC, BW, HANA, and S/4HANA. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining analytics requirements and support the implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud solutions. 
• Help design and maintain SAC planning models (financial and/or operational), including time dimensions, calendars, hierarchies, and versions (Budget, Actual, Rolling Forecast). 
• Support development of planning logic using Data Actions, Multi Actions, Advanced Formulas, allocations, spreading, and driver-based planning under guidance of senior consultants. 
• Assist with integrating SAC with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA. 
• Contribute to SAP BI/BW and S/4HANA projects: requirements documentation, basic configuration tasks, testing, and post go-live support activities. Support SAP HANA data extraction activities from SAP BW, SAP ECC, and non-SAP sources. 
• Work with business stakeholders (Finance, HR, etc.) alongside senior team members to gather requirements and prepare reports or dashboards. 
• Collaborate with the IT analytics team, learn best practices, and contribute to a collaborative, results-driven environment. Ready to travel to customer workshops and onsite work up to 60-80% of time. 
   

Must have Skills:

• Minimum 7 years of experience.
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) (Strong), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Reporting (Strong).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Good To Have Skills: 

• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning (Capable).
• Basic understanding of SAP concepts; exposure to SAC, SAP BW, SAP HANA, or S/4HANA is a plus.
• Interest in SAP line-of-business processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, etc.) and willingness to learn. 
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to grow into a senior SAP Analytics role.
