Job Description
- Manage key client relationships with C-level executives by communicating effectively with delivery team members, client management, and project stakeholders on status, issues, timelines, goals, and outcomes.
- Co-lead / participate in internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up, including quarterly business reviews with the client.
- Eloquently represent Nagarro’s unique value proposition by developing a deep understanding of Nagarro’s service portfolio and consultatively presenting it to prospects and existing clients.
- Track metrics around account sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Create, implement, and track relationship roadmaps and Key Account Plans.
- Experiment with and implement relevant tools; campaigns; and work cross-functionally with the marketing team, sales team, business unit teams, and other functions.
- Own and manage master service agreements for key accounts and drive contract negotiations with procurement and IT customers.
- Support new client acquisition as needed.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate would have 15-20 years of experience in Technology services sales or account management roles.
- Should have understanding of Texas Public Sector Ecosystem.
- Experience working with consulting or professional services companies in an account management capacity is highly preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate technology solutions at a high level including Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing, Data and Analytics, and related topics.

This is a hybrid position in Fort Bend, Austin, Texas.
